Can I change from Public to Private or vice-versa?
I'm not sure if I need a public, or a private Q&A. Will I be able to change this setting later if I realize I made the wrong choice?
On the principle, a public Q&As is not supposed to be transformed into a private Q&A, or the other way around. The content and audience in the two cases are fundamentally different and we do not see many cases where this shift in usage makes sense.
